I’m Amélie-Rose, a live event illustrator creating bespoke illustration experiences for luxury, premium and corporate events across France and internationally.

Louis Vuitton with Agence Emmanuelle
Invited by Agence Emmanuelle, I created live watercolor portraits for Louis Vuitton’s Mother’s Day celebration at the Saint-Germain-des-Prés boutique. Guests were invited to sit for elegant bespoke portraits, leaving with a handcrafted keepsake that celebrated the occasion and extended the Maison’s signature sense of hospitality.
TARTE COSMETICS
Invited by Tarte Cosmetics for its Galentine’s Day celebration at Ladurée Champs-Élysées in Paris, I welcomed guests with bespoke live watercolor portraits. Designed as a refined moment of personal attention, each illustration became a handcrafted keepsake that reflected the warmth, generosity and playful spirit of the brand.
XRP
For XRP’s private corporate event at Solum Paris, I created live watercolor portraits for invited guests. Beyond the illustrations, the experience became an opportunity for genuine conversations, where my own scientific background naturally resonated with many guests from the tech world. Each left with a handcrafted portrait and a meaningful memory of the evening.
FLABELUS
At Flabelus’ exclusive pop-up boutique in La Vallée Village, I created bespoke live fashion silhouettes for the brand’s VIP clients. Each guest was invited to enjoy a quiet, personalised moment before leaving with an illustration created especially for them, transforming a premium purchase experience into a lasting memory.

How does live illustration work during an event?
Guests are welcomed individually or in pairs for a brief pose or reference photograph before I create their illustration live. Each artwork is completed on-site and handed to the guest during the event, creating a memorable keepsake they can take home immediately.
How many guests can be illustrated?
The number of illustrations depends on the chosen format and event duration.
– Watercolor Portraits: approximately 5–6 guests per hour
– Fashion Silhouettes: approximately 10 guests per hour
– Product Personalisation: approximately 7 guests per hour
Before each event, I help determine the most suitable format according to your guest count, schedule and desired experience.
Do guests need to pose?
Not necessarily. Guests are welcome to pose for a couple of minutes, or I can simply take a reference photograph so they are free to continue enjoying the event while I complete their illustration.
Can the experience be personalised to reflect our brand?
Absolutely.
Illustrations can be tailored to reflect your brand identity through custom paper, branded elements, colour palettes, product illustrations or bespoke finishing touches. Every project is designed to integrate seamlessly with your event concept and guest experience.
How do you help guests feel comfortable?
Having a portrait drawn is often a surprisingly personal experience. My role goes beyond creating the artwork itself.
From the very first interaction, I create a warm, relaxed atmosphere that helps guests feel comfortable, confident and genuinely welcomed. Every illustration begins with a conversation before the first brushstroke, ensuring the experience feels as enjoyable as the keepsake they take home.
Do you travel for events?
Yes. I am based in Paris and regularly travel throughout France and internationally for corporate, luxury and private events. Travel and accommodation are simply included within your bespoke quotation when required.
How much does a live illustration experience cost?
Every event is unique, so each proposal is tailored to your needs.
Pricing depends on the duration of the event, the illustration format, guest numbers and location. I would be delighted to prepare a bespoke quotation based on your project.

To prepare an accurate proposal, I simply need:
